My Journey
I completed my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at McGill University while working as a personal trainer. That experience and training taught me the importance of taking care of your physical body to ensure optimal health and wellness.
I then earned two Master’s degrees in the psychology of exercise and performance, which further opened my eyes to the crucial role that mental skills play in achieving one’s health, fitness, and sport goals.
As a result of my education, I approach clients from a holistic perspective, always considering both physical and mental health when seeking to improve their lives.
After starting my original consulting business, Bulletproof Mind Consulting, I worked with many high-level athletes to help them improve their performance through mental skills training.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I got a job in operations with Telus Health focusing on recruitment and onboarding of mental health clinicians. While working at Telus, I completed additional training in life coaching through Integral Coaching Canada, which reignited my passion for coaching and helping others.
I have decided to start this coaching business so that I can expand my reach beyond athletes, and help striving professionals find more balance in a chaotic world.
I am here to help you stay on track with your professional and personal goals while finding calm within the chaos and caring for yourself.
I know what it’s like to have many competing priorities where there doesn’t seem like enough time in the day to get them all done.
I am an ambitious person who likes to tackle multiple projects and accomplish challenging goals. I regularly juggle my coaching business, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training, writing about boxing, and nurturing relationships with friends and family. So I know that life can be a lot. But I can help you better manage your time so that you are still getting things done while caring for yourself too!
