Our first step is to explore your beliefs about work-life balance and how you define the key components of a healthy lifestyle. By looking at your beliefs, past behaviors, and goals, you will discover how your thoughts and actions are contributing to your current state of imbalance.

Next, we do a calendar audit to understand how you spend your time. By doing this step now, and then stepping back to identify your ideal work-life balance, we will identify ways to maximize your time so that you meet your goals and live the life you want.

In the final step, we start to change your routine to create more balance in your life. As you make changes, we will work together to monitor what's happening and make adjustments until you've established a sustainable, balanced routine that leads to more progress and peace in your life.
